The government of Maharashtra and the Director of Technical Education have been given permission to start N.E.S’s POLYTECHNIC from the academic year 1995 – 96 on no grant – unaided basis. The institute is recognized by the Director of Technical Education and is affiliated to Maharashtra state Board of Technical Education , Mumbai – 51 with three years Diploma courses in

LOCATION
The institute is situated at Bhandup(W) , Mumbai – 78 at a distance of about 1 Km from Bhandup Railway Station. It is also accessible by BEST bus (Route No. 606 ) playing between Bhandup STn. (W) to Navjeevan Complex via Tembhi pada road, Buses ply. from Sion , Dadar , Andheri, Borivali, Ghatkopar , Santacruz , Nerul & Vashi and thus it is conveniently linked with other centers. The Institute is housed in its new spacious building with all adequate facilities of class rooms, multipurpose hall , recreation hall, fully equipped laboratories including computer centre and well set up library and work shops.
